This makes me think — should the only cases counted be those that happened in Taiwan? What about Taiwanese people who were in China momentarily and, if I understood correctly from your article, could not come home? If they contracted the disease wouldn’t it be fair to count that in Taiwan’s numbers as well? A country is responsible for its citizens after all!
