I feel like so many people use their busyness as an excuse to not spend any time on what they want to do, because it terrifies them. They could defend some of their time, but they say they can’t.

It always gets me thinking — why are they excusing themselves to others? Is it simply easier than apologizing to oneself for failing to follow through?
